Hello, everyone!

I’m Deb Griffin, Realtor® at the Delaware beaches, and the author of the Local Buzz. You can find me at the Lewes office of Northrop Realty, a Long & Foster company.

Thanks for visiting my website!

BUYERS

Thinking about purchasing a home at the beach?

My team and I would love to help. A hot market with low inventory makes buying a home even more challenging, so having an experienced agent as your guide is essential.

We know you’re excited and have already been looking at homes on the internet, but please…

STOP SEARCHING ON ZILLOW!

Seriously. It’s such a waste of time, because Zillow is the least accurate home search engine on the web.

The minute a home hits the market in our area, it appears in Bright, our local homes database. Within 24 hours, the new listing will appear on Realtor.com. Zillow may take as long as 72 hours. Zillow is also very slow to change the status to pending (under contract) or sold, so homes you find there may already be gone.

SELLERS

We’ve never seen a hotter market than right now, so if you’re even thinking about selling, give us a call.

You’ll have an entire sales and marketing team at your disposal, including an in-house photographer/videographer.

About Deb Griffin

I’ve had careers in both nursing and office management, but when I moved to the beach in 2006, I fell in love with real estate, and never looked back. I’m a people person who helps to make a challenging process fun, and I care about what I do. While I’m best known for my newsletter, The Local Buzz, (which lets everyone know what’s happening at the Delaware Beaches), I’m also an active member of the Rehoboth Beach Writers’ Guild. A portion of my commissions goes to Best Friends Animal Society, the nation’s largest no-kill animal sanctuary.
